A comprehensive portal for residents of Nixa and the surrounding areas was launched March 1st, 2006. "To inform, delight, and empower." is the portal’s mission according to Tony Leonard, the site’s editor. "We’ve surveyed a sample of the community to find out what is important to our fellow residents: News, Search, and local information are by far the most common requests."

NixaOnline.com is run by Decor Gift and More, LLC a Missouri company specializing in Home Décor, Gifts and Web Development. We asked Monique Leonard, a founding member of the Company what the "More" was in the Company’s name. Monique respond that "The More part is much more than what is depicted in our name. Web development, helping others get online and other computer related items makes up the majority of the More part of our name. We generally conduct business as Ozark Computer Solutions because it is more descriptive of what the More is. NixaOnline.com, WeAt.com and WEBv.com are just a few of the portals we’ve developed and manage. "
